There is a user preference setting to adjust the spacing of form elements, and the spacing on rows in reports, search results, and the table Home page within Quick Base. The default spacing if you have not already chosen one is Regular. If you need to fit the maximum amount of data into the smallest possible space, you may want to try Condensed spacing.
To change your spacing:
Click the user dropdown on the Global bar, then click My preferences.
In the My User Preferences section, select one of the UI Spacing options. Your choice is personal for you, and affects all your apps.
Click Save in the Page bar to save your changes.
