Changing your Service Plan

Quick Base makes it easy to change your service plan. Your changes go into effect immediately.

Quick Base offers monthly service plans and annual service plans.  

You can pay by credit card for both monthly and annual service plans.  If you would like to pay by purchase order, you must select an annual plan.

Monthly Service Plans

Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of the monthly billing cycle.  

Any changes you make to your plan go into effect immediately.  Should you downgrade or cancel your account in the middle of a billing cycle, per the Quick Base Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the month. If you upgrade your account, you are charged the new amount at the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle.

To change your monthly service plan:
  1. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

  2. On the left side of the page, click Change plan.

    The Choose a Plan page displays. Learn more about plan details and pricing..

  3. If you are interested in moving to an annual plan, click the Options for paying annually link under the table. Quick Base displays important information about annual plans. If you agree to all the conditions, click Continue.

  4. Select the plan you want, and increase the number of users allowed by the plan, if needed.

  5. If you want any add-ons (like additional storage space or apps) enter the desired quantity.

  6. Click Continue on the upper right.

    Note: For some service plans, you will be shown a summary page of your choices. Click Approve Selections to continue.

  7. Edit or confirm your payment information in the Billing Information panel and click Continue.

    If you would rather discard your changes and return to the Manage Billing Account page, click the Discard Changes link under the Plan Information panel.

  8. Review your payment information.

    If you need to change any of the information, click Edit and update your information.

  9. Click Submit Your Order.

Annual Service Plans

An annual plan is a year-long commitment. Should you cancel or downgrade your account, the change goes into effect immediately, and, per the Quick Base Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the year. Once you sign up for an annual plan, you cannot return to a monthly plan.  

Service plan upgrades made mid-billing cycle go into effect immediately, and are pro-rated to your annual bill date. In other words, if you sign up for an add-on pack six months into your annual billing cycle, Quick Base will charge you immediately for the remaining six months. On your next annual renewal, you are charged the full amount for the plan and add-on packs for that billing cycle.

To change your annual service plan:
  1. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

  2. On the left side of the page, click Change plan.

    The Choose a Plan page displays.

  3. Click the Options for paying annually link on the lower left of the page.

    Quick Base displays important information about annual plans.

  4. If you agree to all conditions, click Continue.

  5. Click the contact us link in the message at the top of the page.

  6. Open a case with Quick Base Customer Care, and include a phone number with it.

  7. A Quick Base representative will contact you to complete the changes to your annual plan.
