Delete an Application

To be able to delete an application, you must either have administrative rights to the application, or be a Billing Account Administrator for the account that contains the application.

Caution: You cannot recover the data once the application is deleted.

To delete an application from the My Apps page:
  1. On the My Apps page, click Details.

  2. In the left column, click (more), then choose Delete..

  3. Follow the confirmation dialogs to complete the deletion.

Quick Base won't let me delete an application that appears on the My Apps list. How can I get rid of it?

You can only delete an application if you are its manager or if you're in charge of the account to which it belongs.Since you don't own the application, Quick Base won't let you delete it, however, you can remove it from the My Apps page.

To delete an application from within the application:
  1. Open the application that you want to delete.

  2. Click SETTINGS, then click App management.

  3. Click Delete app.

    If you don't see this option, you don't have the right to delete an application.

  4. Click Yes, delete this application, and then click OK.

  5. Type YES in the Delete App dialog, and click Delete App to complete the action.

To delete an application as a Billing Account Administrator:

A Billing Account Administrator can delete multiple applications simultaneously.

  1. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

  2. Click the Apps tab.

  3. Click the checkbox next to the name of each application that you want to delete, and then, on the upper right of the list, click Delete Selected.

  4. Click Yes, delete checked application(s) on the Confirm Delete page.

  5. Type YES in the Delete Apps dialog, and click Delete Apps to complete the action.
