Realms: Deny User Access to your Realm

This topic refers to functionality that is only available to accounts on the Quick Base Platform or Quick Base Unlimited plans. If you do not see the functionality described here, either your account or realm has not been configured to show it, or your account is not on one of those plans.

You can deny a user access to your entire realm, including all apps within the realm, with one action

To deny a user access to your realm:
  1. On the My Apps page, click Manage name_of_realm, then click the Directory tab.

  2. Locate the user or users whose access you want to deny.

    Tip: You can search for users by first name, last name, user name, and email address. You can filter the list based on user status and can sort the list by any column you wish by clicking the column header.

  3. Turn on the checkboxes next to the users you want to select.

  4. Click Change Access Level.
    A pop up box appears.

  5. Choose one of the following access levels:

  6. Choose Denied and click Change Access Level.

To show the list of denied users:
  1. On the My Apps page, click Manage name_of_realm, then click the Directory tab.

  2. In the Show dropdown, choose Denied.

  3. The list refreshes showing only those users who have been denied access.
