Deny Users Access to a Realm

This topic refers to functionality that is only available to accounts on the Quick Base Platform or Quick Base Unlimited plans. If you do not see the functionality described here, either your account or realm has not been configured to show it, or your account is not on one of those plans.

You can deny a user access to your entire realm, including all apps within the realm.

To deny a user access to your realm:

  1. On the My Apps page, click Manage name_of_realm, then click Users. The total number of denied users displays at the top of the page.

  2. Locate the user whose access you want to deny.

Tip: You can search for users by first name, last name, user name, and email address. You can filter the list based on user status and can sort the list by any column you wish by clicking the column header.

  3. Select the check box next to the user to which you want to deny access and click in the user's row.

  4. From the Settings tab of the User Info page, select Denied under the Sign-in for domain section.

  5. Click Apply.
