Transfer Ownership of an Email

As an app manager or admin, you will occasionally need to transfer ownership of an email. For example, suppose an employee has left the company but is still getting automated subscriptions from Quick Base. Now you can simply transfer ownership of any email to another user in the app.

To transfer an email:
  1. Complete one of the following tasks to access the email:

    An email list displays.

  2. Edit the email by clicking its name in the list.

  3. At the bottom of the page, click the Change link next to the current owner's name, and choose another user from the dropdown that appears.

  4. Click Save on the Page bar to save your changes.

To transfer multiple emails:
  1. Complete one of the following tasks to access a list of emails:

  2. Select the checkbox next to the name of each email you want to affect, then click Change Owner at the top of the table.

  3. Choose the new owner from the dialog.

  4. Click Change Owner on the dialog to confirm.
