Overview

Use API_GetUsersInGroup to get the list of users and groups that make up the members and/or managers of a group.

Request parameters

gid

The id of the group to list.

ticket

A valid authentication ticket.

The authentication ticket is returned via the API_Authenticate call.

yes

includeAllMgrs

True or false (default).

When this is set to true, both members and managers of the group are returned.

no

udata

A string value that you want returned. It will not be handled by Quickbase but it will be returned in the response.

The originating request, for example, API_GetUsersInGroup.

errcode

Identifies the error code, if any. (See the Error Codes appendix for a list of possible error codes.)

0 indicates that no error was encountered.

errtext

Text that explains the error code.

"No error" indicates that no error was encountered.

udata

Optional. Contains any udata value supplied in the request.

users

A list of the users in the group.

managers

A list of the managers in the group.

subgroups

A list of the subgroups in the group.
