Follow these steps to transfer permissions to a new person if your current Realm Admin isn't available.
If the current Realm Admin is unavailable, you will need to open a support ticket requesting a Transfer of Ownership. Start by opening a Tech Support case.
Tech Support will supply the appropriate forms and work with you to confirm the account status with proper documentation. The preferred approach would be that a Domain Name System (DNS) TXT record is applied to your website and validated.
You provide complete supporting documents and Tech Support validates them.
Your Realm Admin status will be updated.
