Access the payment portal
Access the payment portal to change billing information for your Quickbase account.
Log in to your Quickbase account
Go to the Account Summary page. This can be done from the My Apps page by clicking Manage my account.
On the Account Summary page, open the more menu and select Invoice history.
You will be redirected to the billing portal. From here, you can view information about your account or manage your payment method.
Add a new credit card
For your first-time use, you will need to add your credit card information.
Click Add new next to payment method.
Enter your credit card information and click Save. After saving, you will see your credit card information is now available.
