Change your billing information

Access the billing portal 

Account admins can access the billing portal to manage and change billing information for your Quickbase account.

To get to the billing portal:

  1. Go to the Account summary page.
    To access this page, go to the Admin Console (My apps > Quickbase Admin > Manage the realm) and select Account summary from the side navigation.

  2. On the Account summary page, select the Manage billing button on the top right.
    Note: This button only appears for Account Admins.

  3. This takes you to the billing portal. From here, you can view information about your account or manage your payment method. 

Add a new credit card 

For your first-time use, you will need to add your credit card information.

  1. Select Add new next to the payment method details.

  2. Enter your credit card information and select Save. After saving, you will see your credit card information is now available.
