To see any invoices dated after August 1, 2022, use the billing portal. (For instructions on how to access the billing portal, see Changing your billing information.)
To see invoices from before August 1, 2022:
Log in to Quickbase as an account admin.
Navigate to the Admin Console.
If you have multiple accounts you admin, please be sure to sign in to the correct account you want to view. (Learn more about switching between accounts.)
On the Account Summary page of the Admin Console, open the more menu and select Invoice history.
Review the Invoice History table
You can navigate this table by searching for an invoice ID, date, or year.
The dropdown menu available will make year searching easier
Once you have found the invoice you need, you can download it via the download link
for that invoiceThe download will be a PDF which you can open on your local device for viewing
