Create a report with Quickbase AI

You can use Quickbase AI to create reports using generative artificial intelligence (AI). This article explains how to build AI suggested reports with AI Smart Builder and filter table reports with Quickbase AI.

Build a report with AI Smart Builder

To build a report with AI Smart Builder:

1. Choose a table from the sidebar.

2. Select Reports to open the reports panel, and then select +New Report.

3. Select AI Smart Builder reports and select Create.

4. Review the suggested reports generated by AI Smart Builder and select a report to preview.

5. Select Yes, preview it.

6. Preview the unsaved draft of your AI Smart Builder report.

7. Select Customize Report and select Save to save your report.

Filter with Quickbase AI

1. Go to a table in your app.

2. Open Quickbase AI   from the global bar.

3. Describe the records you'd like to display in your own words to ask AI to filter your table.

4. Review your filtered records as a temporary report. Open table settings to save your report.
