Reset your password

If you forget your Quickbase password, you can reset it to regain access to your account.

To verify your identity and reset your password:

1. On the Sign in page, select I forgot my password.

2. Enter your email address or user name, then select Reset my password.

   A message displays confirming that Quickbase sent you an email.

3. Open the email and select the link to confirm your password reset. The link is valid for 15 minutes.

   • If you don’t receive an email, contact Quickbase Support.

4. Enter the correct answer for your security question.

   • If you don’t remember your answer, contact your realm admin to reset your security question, or reach out to Quickbase Support.

   • For some account plans, you can request that your account admin perform the reset instead. Select the link in the password reset email or on the Choose a new password page to contact them.

   • You can’t finish resetting your password until your security question reset is complete.

   • Note: If your account doesn’t require a security question during password reset, you’ll only need to enter and confirm your new password.

5. Enter and confirm your new password, then select OK.
   The link returns you to Quickbase sign-in page.

6. Enter your email address or user name and your new password to sign in to Quickbase.
