Get email from corpsales@quickbase

Want to make sure your Quickbase trial confirmation email gets past your filters and lands in the in box? Add corpsales@quickbase.com to the list of addresses you want to hear from. How you do so depends upon which program you use:

Outlook 2003
AOL
Yahoo
Hotmail (now Microsoft Outlook.com)
Gmail
Mozilla Thunderbird

Outlook 2003

To add corpsales@quickbase.com to your safe senders list:

  1. Select Tools > Options.

  2. On the Preferences tab, Select Junk email.

  3. Select the Safe Senders tab and select Add.

  4. Within the Add Address box, type corpsales@quickbase.com, then select OK.

Tip: If you'll want to receive automated emails from your Quickbase applications (and you probably will—this is a nifty feature) repeat these steps for the address: notify@quickbase.com

AOL

Note: If your Quickbase verification email is already caught in your AOL Spam Folder, open the email, select This is not spam, then complete the following steps.

To add corpsales@quickbase.com to your address book:

  1. Select Mail> Address Book.

  2. Within the Address Book window that appears, select Add.

    An Address Card for New Contact window displays.

  3. Within the Other email field, type corpsales@quickbase.com

  4. Make that address the primary one by turning on the associated Primary email checkbox.

  5. Select Save.

Tip: If you'll want to receive automated emails from your Quickbase applications (and you probably will—this is a nifty feature) repeat these steps for the address: notify@quickbase.com

Yahoo

Note: If your Quickbase verification email is already caught in your Yahoo Bulk Folder, open the email, select Not Spam, then complete the following steps.

To add the @quickbase.com domain to your inbox filter:

  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.

  2. On the upper right of the screen, select Options.

  3. Within the page that opens, select Filters.

  4. On the Filters page that appears, select Add.

  5. Within the If all of the following rules are true... section, locate the From header rule

  6. Select contains (if it's not selected already) and in the corresponding box, type @quickbase.com

  7. Select the Choose Folder dropdown and select Inbox.

  8. Select Add Filter.

Hotmail

Note: If your Quickbase verification email is already caught in your Junk email Folder, open the email, select Not Junk, then complete the following steps.

To add the @quickbase.com domain to your Hotmail safe list:

  1. Open your Hotmail inbox.

  2. In the upper right corner of the screen, select Options.

  3. Select Junk email Protection.

  4. Select Safe List.

  5. Within the Type an address or domain box, type @quickbase.com and select Add.

  6. Select Tools > Options.

  7. On the Preferences tab, select Junk email.

  8. Select the Safe Senders tab and select Add.

  9. Within the Add Address box, type @quickbase.com and select OK.

Gmail

Note: If your Quickbase verification email is already caught in your Spam Folder, locate the email, turn on the checkbox, select Not Spam, then complete the following steps.

To add corpsales@quickbase.com to your Gmail contacts:

  1. Select Contacts.

  2. Select Add Contact.

  3. In the Primary email address box, type corpsales@quickbase.com

  4. Select Save.

Tip: If you'll want to receive automated emails from your Quickbase applications (and you probably will—this is a nifty feature) repeat these steps for the address: notify@quickbase.com

Mozilla Thunderbird

Note: If your Quickbase verification email is already caught in your Junk Folder, right-click email, select Mark > As Not Junk.

Add corpsales@quickbase.com to your address book, then you must white list your address book (meaning that you'll accept email from any address in your address book).

  1. Select Address Book.

  2. Make sure that Personal Address Book is highlighted.

  3. Select New Card. A New Card page appears.

  4. Select the Contact tab.

  5. Within the email field, type corpsales@quickbase.com (and notify@quickbase.com if you want to use our automated email feature).

  6. Select OK.

    Tip: If you'll want to receive automated emails from your Quickbase applications (and you probably will—this is a nifty feature) repeat Steps 3 through 6 for the address: notify@quickbase.com

    Now that the addresses are in your Address Book, you can white list it.

  7. From the main menu, select Tools > Junk Mail Controls. An Address Card for New Contact window displays.

  8. Within the dialog box that displays, select the Settings tab.

  9. Update White Lists by selecting Personal Address Book from the dropdown and turning on the associated Do not mark messages as junk mail checkbox.

  10. Select OK.
