Pipeline builders can view and make changes to things like connected channel accounts, billing information, agent settings, and support access. To access these settings, select the user menu from Pipelines, then select a settings page.
Admins can also configure additional pipelines settings from the Admin Console, including:
Who can build pipelines in your account
What channels can be used in pipelines if your account is on an enterprise-level plan
Learn more about managing who can build pipelines.
Channel accounts
Manage connected channel accounts from the Accounts page.
View, rename, reconnect, and delete connected accounts.
Connect new accounts by selecting Create new account.
View how many pipelines are using a particular account, and open those pipelines directly from the page.
View and edit aliases, which are unique within a channel and can be up to 32 characters long. Learn more about aliases
View placeholder accounts and connect them. Placeholder accounts are used when creating pipelines with the solution APIs. Once connected, placeholders are automatically converted into normal accounts. Learn more about placeholder accounts
View cross-realm tokenless accounts, which are accounts from a different realm than the one you’re currently using.
Note: You cannot view and edit the Realm Default account used within Quickbase channel steps.
Billing
Your pipeline usage for the last month is displayed. Select Activity to view the current activity logs for your pipelines.
Agent
Use the Pipelines on-premises agent to access and integrate services running in your internal network with Pipelines. If you turn off the agent, the token will refresh.
Note: If you turn off the agent, these settings refresh, which means you should repair the agent installation if you accidentally stop and start the agent from the settings page, as the token (which get refreshed) is given to the agent on installation time and the agent will stop working immediately. If for some reason you lose control of a machine with an installed agent, this is the way to revoke it’s access remotely.
See On-Premises Connectivity for more information.
Tech Support Access
Allow Quickbase Technical Support representatives to access any of your pipelines. Select Allow CSR access to allow a Tech Support person to have access to your pipelines.
