Once you enter records in your application, you'll want to see them from time to time.
To view a saved record:
Open a report of the application that contains the record you want to view, or go to the table Home page for the table that contains the record.
Select
next to the entry that you want to view. Quickbase displays the record.From this page you can do any of the following:
Select Next to view the next record in the table.
Select Return to go back to the report or table Home page you came from.
Select Edit in the Page bar to make changes to the record.
Select Email in the Page bar to email the record to someone.
Select More > Copy this record to make a copy of the record.
Select More > New notification to create a new personal email notification. Notifications let you know when records have been changed.
Select More > Print to print the record.
Select More > Delete this record to delete the record from the application.
Select Return to go back to the report or table Home page you came from.
If you've just viewed a record, it appears on your recently viewed records list. To access this list, select Favorites on the Global bar, and open the Recently visited in this app section.
