The Embedded Photo field shows an image on the form, such as a logo, a diagram, or an example of a finished job. This article covers how to add an Embedded Photo field, upload its image, and configure its settings.
How the Embedded Photo field works
An Embedded Photo field displays a fixed image that's part of the form. Users see the image, but they can't replace it.
For example, an inspection form can show a wiring diagram so technicians know what a correct installation looks like.

You can also let users draw on the image, for example to circle damage on an equipment diagram. Learn more about adding a sketch or annotation field.
Add an Embedded Photo field
In the Form Builder, select Add Fields in the side bar.
Under Multimedia, select Embedded Photo to add it after the selected field. You can also drag it onto the canvas where you want it.

The field appears on the canvas as Embedded Photo Field, and its field settings open on the General tab.
Upload the image
In Field Label, enter the name users see, for example Wiring Diagram.
Under Image, select Upload Photo, then choose an image file.
In Quality, select the image quality. Choose PNG for diagrams and line drawings.
To limit the image size on the form, enter a value in Max Height (px) or Max Width (px).

To replace the image, select Re-Upload. To open it in a new tab, select View. To remove it, select Delete.

Add the field with the Assistant
You can also ask the Assistant to add an Embedded Photo field.
Select Assistant in the side bar.
Describe what you want, for example Add an embedded photo field called Wiring Diagram after Description, and let users annotate it.
Send the message.

The Assistant can add the field and turn annotation on or off. It may also change the quality. It can't upload the image, so select Upload Photo in Field Settings to add it.
Note
Assistant changes aren't saved until you select Save Draft.
