FastField keeps every published version of a form. This article covers how to view a form's version history, open an earlier version in the Form Builder, and revert to it.
How form versions work
Each time you publish a form, FastField saves it as a new version with the next number. Earlier versions aren't deleted.
Reverting copies an earlier version into the current draft of the form. It doesn't remove any versions. Users keep the published version until you publish the draft.
For example, if a form is on Version 12 and you revert to Version 9, Version 9 becomes the draft. When you publish it, it becomes Version 13. Versions 10, 11, and 12 stay in the history.
View a form's version history
In the portal, go to Forms > My Forms.
Search for your form.
Select Actions, then select Form Details.

Under Recent History, select the Version tab.

The list shows each version number, who published it, and when.
Open a previous version
In the Version tab, select the version number you want to open.
The version opens in read-only mode. A banner shows which version you're viewing, and you can't change or save it.

Revert to a previous version
Important
Reverting replaces any unpublished changes in your current draft.
With the previous version open, select Revert.
In the confirmation dialog, select Revert.

The version becomes the current draft of the form, and the Form Builder opens it for editing.
Review the form, then select Publish to release it to users.
