Overview
A conditional workflow alert or delivery action is when a delivery event (e.g., email, forward) automatically occurs based on user input on a form. For example, a conditional alert can be created to deliver an email to the maintenance team whenever the equipment being inspected requires maintenance. This way, when an inspector selects Maintenance Required on a form, it will trigger the alert.
