Here are the definitions of Dispatch states you will see in our "View Dispatches" area of the Portal
Dispatched – State of a form that has been dispatched to a user but has not been accessed/retrieved on the recipient's device.
On Device – State of a dispatched form retrieved via the recipient's Inbox on their device.
Started - State of a dispatched form that has been opened on the recipient's device.
Late - State of a dispatched form that has not been submitted by the specified due date.
Completed - State of a dispatched form that has been completed and submitted by the recipient.
