Create a Quickbase notification that fires the process when you want DocuSign Console to run.
Please use the following format while creating the notification:
- Email: dsconsole@mail.quickbasetools1.com
- Notification when: Please specify the conditions to send the notification based on your requirement.
- Message Type: Custom message
- Single record version
- Subject: DocuSign for Quickbase Batch—Your company name
- Message: [DocuSign Batch Arguments]
Here's an example notification—we set the notification to fire off when an Exact Forms Plus document has been generated (the Date is changed and is not empty).
