Features and functionality

  • DocuSign for Quickbase supports sending any type of document requiring a signature stored in your Quickbase app to any email address stored on your records. Quickbase also updates in real time with information collected during the DocuSign signing process.

  • Email the documents you want your recipients to sign and guide them with a Sign Here tab that is directly on the document. This functionality is driven completely from within your Quickbase app.

  • Documents can be sent to one or more recipients—each recipient can have a specific role in the approval process, like signer, reviewer, or someone who receives a copy.

  • Control the order in which your recipients receive the document.

  • Change a recipient after the envelope is created in DocuSign.

  • Void an envelope after it's created in DocuSign.

  • Have your recipients enter data into their document through DocuSign and store that data back in your Quickbase app.

  • Want to accept credit cards from your Quickbase app? Use DocuSign for Quickbase to facilitate that process. Credit card information is stored in DocuSign, not Quickbase. DocuSign is PCI compliant.

  • The status of the approval process is updated in real time right in Quickbase. No need to log in to DocuSign to check on the status.

  • The fully signed document is sent back into Quickbase and stored in a file attachment field when complete. It also includes the DocuSign certificate of completion.

  • Send more than one document to be signed in a single envelope. All signed documents can be sent back to Quickbase in separate file attachment fields.

  • Categorize the documents you send to DocuSign for more detailed reporting, like contracts, quotes, POs, COs, WOs, and invoices.

  • Supports In-Person Signing—close the deal on the spot. Have your client sign as your sales rep guides them through the process, in person.
