Installation for the new Quickbase (Native) Document Creation
You don't need our extension to run the new native Quickbase Document Creation. However, our extension is available in case:
You need to store your newly created documents in a file attachment field or in a cloud storage service like Amazon S3 or Dropbox.
You want to use some of our more advanced capabilities for your document.
To begin, register with us at the Extensions Portal. Select Register Now.
You will receive a verification email. Follow the link in that email, or sign in to the Extensions Portal directly.
Next, follow the first three steps of the Quickbase Extensions installation wizard to begin.
Note
If you've already completed step 1 (registered), you can follow the steps below to get to step 2.
Access the extension landing page
This is the main extension landing page after you sign in to the Extensions Portal. Select the arrow shown in the following image.

Set up Exact Forms Plus
After you select the Exact Forms Plus tile, select Start Trial, indicated by the arrow in the following image.

Next, select the Quickbase Native Document Template option.

The fourth step is the Exact Forms Plus setup, shown in the following images.

Under the settings for the specific table (like Quotes in this example), select the Document Templates section.

The last step confirms what we added to your table to run the process with our service.
