JuicedSign Account Settings
Available to: everyone who can see the JuicedSign tile in the Extensions Portal.
Your JuicedSign account settings apply to every app and table that uses JuicedSign in your company. You manage them in the Extensions Portal:
In the Extensions Portal, open the JuicedSign extension page.
Select JuicedSign Account Settings, at the top of the page. See Extension tiles and pages.
The JuicedSign Account Management window opens. It has two tabs, Settings and Users.
The first time your company sets up JuicedSign, the installation wizard asks for these settings and creates your first sender. See Set up JuicedSign.
Settings tab
Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
Email Prefix or Sending as | Read-only. Shows the address JuicedSign emails are sent from. Depending on when your account was set up, you see either your email prefix or the full sending address. |
Max JuicedSign Email Open Attempts (required) | How many times a recipient can open the agreement from the link in their email, from 1 to 10. The default is 3. After that, the link no longer works, and JuicedSign emails the recipient a new link. |
No of JuicedSign Senders | Read-only. How many senders your account can have. To change it, open a Quickbase technical support case. |
Brand Image URL | Optional. A logo for the emails your recipients receive. The URL must point to an image that anyone can open. |
Landing page URL | Optional. The web page recipients go to after they finish signing. If it's blank, they see the JuicedSign completion page. |
Default Reminder Delay (in days) (required) | Days after the agreement is created before the first reminder. 1–365. |
Default Reminder Frequency (in days) (required) | Days between later reminders. 1–30. |
Default Expire After (in days) (required) | Days after the agreement is created before it expires. 1–365. |
Default Expire Warning (in days) (required) | Days before the expiration date to warn recipients. 1–30. |
The four reminder and expiration defaults are used when your Send to JuicedSign button doesn't set its own values, or sets them to 0.
Select SAVE. When the save succeeds, you see Account settings updated successfully!
If a value is out of range, a message under the field gives the allowed range, for example Reminder Frequency must be between 1 and 30 days.
Users tab: senders
A sender is a person who can send agreements. Every agreement is sent on behalf of one sender:
The sender's name appears in the emails recipients get, and replies go to the sender's email address.
The Send to JuicedSign button picks the sender by the email address in the JuicedSign Sender Email field on your table. If that field is empty, JuicedSign uses the sender marked Default.
If the email address doesn't match one of your senders, the agreement isn't created. JuicedSign doesn't fall back to the default sender in that case.
The list shows each sender's Name, Email Address, Default Sending Email, and Added Date. Older accounts also see each sender's Email Alias and JuicedSign Sending Email.
Add a sender
Select Add New User.
Enter the Name and Email Address. Older accounts also enter an Email Alias.
To make this person the default sender, check Default.
Select Add User. You see User added successfully!
If your account already has as many senders as it allows, you see You cannot add more than {N} JuicedSign senders to your account…. To add more, open a Quickbase technical support case.
If the email address or alias is already used, you see Failed to add user.
Edit a sender
Select the pencil icon on the sender's row. You can change the Name, Email Address, and Default, then select Save.
The email alias and sending address can't be changed.
Senders can't be removed here. To remove one, open a Quickbase technical support case.
Select Refresh to reload the list.
