Step 1: Enter company information

Company info step

When opening the wizard from our website, or as a new client, you are greeted with the Company Info Step.

If you are a returning client, please log in to the Extensions Portal to use the wizard—this step is for first-time clients.

The Exact Forms Plus wizard is used as an example here. This wizard step is the same across all of our extensions.

Here, we have a few fields to fill out.

1. First Name

   This should be the first name of the user, or the app's manager—whoever manages the extensions in the app.

2. Last Name

   This should be the last name of the user, or the app's manager—whoever manages the extensions in the app.

3. Email

   This should be the email of the user setting up the extension. We send a validation code to this email, so make sure it is accessible.

4. Company Name

   This should be the name of the company that is setting up the extension. This is unique to our system—so if you get an error with this field, it is possible your company already has a record with us.

   If this happens, submit a technical support case for more details.

5. Quickbase Account URL

   This is the URL of the user's Quickbase realm. For example, our realm's full URL is juicedtech.quickbase.com, so for this field we would put juicedtech.

Once you enter all of this information, select Next. If it is all valid, we will send a validation code to the email address provided, and a new field will pop up:

Once you get the validation code, you can type it into the field. Then select Next again to proceed to the next wizard step.
