You can submit new support tickets or view open tickets in the Extensions Portal.
Follow these steps to submit a ticket.
Log in to the Extensions Portal and select Support.
Select Create a New Support Ticket.
Fill out the form with your question and select Create. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
