Access the payment portal
Access the payment portal to change billing information for your Quickbase account.
- Log in to your Quickbase account 
- Go to the Account Summary page. This can be done from the My Apps page by clicking Manage my account.  
- On the Account Summary page, open the more menu and select Invoice history.  
- You will be redirected to the billing portal. From here, you can view information about your account or manage your payment method. 
Add a new credit card
For your first-time use, you will need to add your credit card information.
- Click Add new next to payment method.   
- Enter your credit card information and click Save. After saving, you will see your credit card information is now available.
