Quickbase recommends choosing a group name that has 2 parts separated by a period (.).
Use your organization name or billing account name for the first part.
Use a name that describes the group’s role in your organization for the second part.
Your group name must be unique across Quickbase.
Group name requirements
Each part of the group name:
Begins with a letter
Is between 2 and 50 characters
Contains only letters, numbers, hyphens (
-), and underscores (_)Does not contain spaces
Does not contain words that have a special meaning in Quickbase, like: EOTI, Everyone, Public or Internet
