Realm and account admins can optionally request Quickbase technical support to enable the SAML Sign Authn Requests option when configuring SAML in Quickbase.
Important
When SAML Sign Authn Requests are enabled, Quickbase and the customer’s IdP must share the same public authentication certificate, or logins will fail. Each year, Quickbase rotates this certificate during a scheduled maintenance window, requiring customers using this feature to coordinate updates in advance.
