Sign in to Quickbase

Sign in to Quickbase using your account URL and credentials provided by your administrator.

To sign in:

1. Go to your account’s sign-in page. Your Quickbase administrator will provide the correct URL.

2. Enter your email address or user name in the Email address field.

3. Enter your password in the Password field.

4. Select Sign in.

After signing in, the My apps page appears, where you can select an app or create a new one.

Note

For security, each time you sign in to Quickbase, a message appears showing the date and time you previously signed in.

Stay signed in

Choose to stay signed in to avoid entering your user name and password each time you want to access your Quickbase account. To do this:

1. On the Sign in page, select the Keep me signed in on this computer checkbox.

2. The next time you visit Quickbase, you’ll go directly to your account instead of the Sign in page.

Note

If this option doesn’t work, your account manager may have turned off this setting for your realm.

Sign out when Keep me signed in on this computer is on

1. Select your user name in the global bar.

2. Choose Sign out.

Session duration

A Quickbase session lasts up to 12 hours. After that time, Quickbase automatically signs you out. Realm administrators can change the session duration for their users.
