Service page
Quickbase utilizes a service page to communicate current and future maintenance activity and incidents impacting the platform. You can view the Uptime History to see incidents and availability metrics for the current year and the prior year.
You can visit the service page any time at: https://service.quickbase.com.
We encourage all customers to utilize the service page as the first place they look to learn about upcoming maintenance or if they suspect an incident is occurring on the platform.
Customers can subscribe on the service page to receive notifications through email or text whenever Quickbase posts an announcement that triggers a notification to registered users.
Note: Out of respect for our customers' time, we don't always trigger a notification to registered users for minor issues or maintenance not causing down time.
Subscribe to the service page
Select Subscribe to Quickbase in the top right corner.
In the Components field, select all the components for which you want to receive updates. The majority of Quickbase customers use "Quickbase Service – US Region" (quickbase.com) and will want to at least select that component. Customers using the Quickbase EU instance (quickbase.eu) should select "Quickbase Service – EU Region."
Select the E-mail option and enter your email address.
Select the Text Message option and enter your cell phone number if you would like to receive text message notifications also. This is not required.
Note: It is also not required to select Create a Subscriber Account.
Select Subscribe to complete the subscription process.
