rApp admins create and manage reminders.
Use reminders to send emails for things like:
Send an email to yourself two days before an assigned task is due
Remind the entire team that the project finish date is in five days
Send someone a reminder that a deadline has passed and a task is overdue
Additional conditions are available. For example, sending a reminder if the Status field is set to Open.
Note
Reminders use calendar days, not business days.
For reports, reminders send a report of all records that meet the identified criteria. Reminders use the default report settings of the specific table. Reminders can only be sent to registered Quickbase users.
