Add rows to reports embedded in forms
Grid reports embedded on forms (non-legacy) allow you to add child records in context—without having to leave the report or use subforms. To do this:
Edit the report by selecting the pencil icon at the top of the form.
Select the Add row button at the top of the embedded report.

Hide or show the Add row button in forms
In edit mode of grid reports embedded on forms, you can control the visibility of the Add row button. To do this, use the Show create record buttons form property setting for the embedded report, available in the form builder Advanced options menu.

Enable this setting to show both the Add row button and New record button (used to create a child record via a subform or in a new page).
Disable this setting to hide both the Add row button and New record button from the toolbar.
In the same menu, you can use the Show toolbar option to hide or show the toolbar entirely.
