To copy a role:
Select App settings from the sidebar, select Roles, then select the role you want to see.
Locate the role you want to duplicate.
To copy the role, select its Copy icon (
). This icon is located in the rightmost column of the roles list. Quickbase creates a copy underneath the original, with the name "Copy of --role name--."To change the name of the copied role, select the name, then select the Properties tab and enter a new name in the Name box. When you're finished making changes to the new role, select Save.
