Create a user token

1. Go to your My Apps home page. This is the default page after you log in to Quickbase.

2. Select your name in the top right corner, where it says Hi, [Your Name].

3. Select the dropdown, then select My Preferences.

4. Under the My User Information section, select Manage my user tokens for your realm...

5. Now that you're on the My User Tokens page, select + New User Token in the top right corner.

6. You're taken to the Create a New Token page, where you can name the token and add a description—you might want to refer to us or our extensions to make sure it isn't deleted.

7. The most important step is Assign Token to apps. Select the dropdown and select all the apps that have one of our extensions installed, then select Save.

8. Now that the user token is created, copy it for later—you can use it to install extensions from the Extensions Portal.
