Change ownership of your webhooks

Step-by-step explainer:

  1. Enter the table where you have webhooks installed, then select Settings

  2. Select Webhooks at the bottom of Workflow and Permissions

  3. Select the name of the webhook owned by our user ID qbtools

  4. Open the webhook and scroll to the bottom of the page to find Owner. Use the dropdown to select an existing user other than qbtools.

  5. Before selecting Save, identify the user token in the formula message body above the Owner section. This user token must be yours, with the correct role and permissions to run this function.

  6. Once you've confirmed the user token is correct and the owner is no longer qbtools or qbaddons, select Save
