View receipts

If you deleted the email with your latest receipt, you can download another copy from your View billing history page. You can access receipts for credit card payments listed on this page.

To get a copy of your receipt:

  1. Go to the Account summary page.

  2. At the top of the Account summary page, select the three-dot more menu > Invoice history.

  3. Select View receipt next to the payment you want to view.

    Note

    If you don’t see the View receipt link or have questions about your receipt, contact Quickbase Technical Support.

    Payments for annual plans may not appear in the Billing history table if your account uses an older service plan.
