Go to the Channel Catalog to learn more about what plans have access to this channel. Sign into Quickbase, and then go to Pipelines > Channels.
Before you start using this channel, you need to update your Google Workspace account to allow the connection to the Quickbase connector. Learn more in the help article
Gmail is an email service provided by Google.
How to connect
On the My pipelines page, select Create Pipeline.
Search for or select a step, and then select it to add it to the pipeline.
When you add a step to a pipeline, it is added to the canvas of the pipeline designer.Expand the Connection section of the step, and add the required information.
Connect to Gmail
Expand Gmail and click Connect to Gmail.
Review the permissions that Pipelines will receive once connected. Your permissions are based on your existing Google account. You can select specific permissions or allow all the options. Gmail permissions are required. When finished click Connect to Gmail.
You may need to sign in with your Google credentials. This is required to set up the connection between Gmail and Pipelines.
Agree to allow Pipelines access to your Google account by clicking Allow.
Note: Depending on the permissions granted, integration and functionality will be affected.
How to reconnect
You may need to reconnect your account to a channel. Reasons may be (but not limited to):
If you need to connect a different account.
Authorization updates, such as a changed password.
Editing the access rights that Pipelines has to the channel.
To reconnect:
Select a pipeline that already has this channel in it.
Open a step that contains this channel.
Under account, select Connect (or reconnect) and follow the process above, How to connect.

Note: You cannot use jinja expressions in trigger conditions unless explicitly specified as possible.
The file limit for a message with an attachment is 25MB.

Restricted Permissions
Based on Google's updated security policies, Gmail Connector can only be used by paid G Suite accounts. To use it, request your Google Workspace admin to add the Quickbase Pipelines Gmail Connector app to an allowlist before connecting your Gmail account to Pipelines.
