Application information step
When adding an extension to an app for the first time, the wizard appears with the Application Information Step.
Here, you can select any of the apps that the previously selected User Token has access to. If you don't see the app you want to set up, go back to the Authorization step and select another token, or add the correct permissions to the selected User Token, and refresh the wizard.

Note
The Exact Forms Plus wizard is used as an example here. This wizard step is the same across all of our extensions.
First, you can select the app that you would like to set up with the extension. If you select an app that does not have enough permissions for the given extension to set up, the wizard gives you an error stating the lack of permissions.
The Authorize Only No Setup Required checkbox—if you check this, we don't set up your app—we just "authorize" the DBID on our end so that your app can use the extension. This is useful for when you copy another app with one of our extensions—you then can authorize the copied app without having to do a whole new setup.
Some of our extensions also show a second checkbox on this step—the Upgrade Setup checkbox:

The JuicedSign wizard is used as an example here. This wizard step is the same across all of our extensions.
Upgrade Setup allows the wizard to add/change some of the fields on your app, without having to do a full new setup. More details about a given upgrade are available on the individual extension-specific page.
