Every email JuicedSign sends to a recipient has an Unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all JuicedSign emails to that address, from every sender, and declines the agreement it came from.
Decline or unsubscribe?
To say no to one agreement, select Click to review in the email and choose More Options > Decline to Sign. You'll still get signing requests from other senders. See The signing experience.
To stop all JuicedSign emails to your address, unsubscribe. This also declines the current agreement.
Unsubscribe
In a JuicedSign email, select Unsubscribe. The Stop Receiving Notifications page opens.
Under Please tell us why you Unsubscribed, choose a reason:
I know the sender and want them to stop contacting me
I don't know the sender and think this is spam
I believe this is fraudulent or contains illegal content.
Optionally, add a Comment.
Check that Your Contact email is your address.
Check both boxes: that you're the intended recipient and agree to share this report with JuicedSign, and that JuicedSign may share the report with the sender. JuicedSign doesn't share your comment.
Select SEND ABUSE REPORT. The page shows Thanks! Your choice has successfully been recorded. You can now close this tab.
The page also has a Decline to sign link. It asks for a reason, then declines the agreement. Declining from this page also unsubscribes your address.
If your address is shared, like a team mailbox, unsubscribing stops JuicedSign emails for everyone who uses it.
For questions about the document, reply to the JuicedSign email to reach the sender.
What senders see
The agreement becomes Declined. The decline reason says the recipient unsubscribed, with Note: Unsubscribed from all future emails.
JuicedSign sends the Declined email to you and to the earlier recipients. See Emails and the certificate.
If you send a new agreement to an unsubscribed address, JuicedSign doesn't create it. The window shows Recipient with email address … has previously chosen to unsubscribe from JuicedSign emails. Ask the recipient for another address, or ask them to resubscribe.
Resubscribe
To resubscribe, the recipient contacts Quickbase by raising a support ticket.
They must raise the ticket themselves, from the email address they want to resubscribe.
After that, you can send agreements to that address again.
