The emails JuicedSign sends during an agreement, and the certificate of completion it creates at the end.
About the emails
From: JuicedSign Agreement from <sender name>, at the sender's JuicedSign address. That address is built from your account's email prefix and ends in
@juicedsign.net. See Account settings and senders.Replies go to the sender's own email address.
Logo: if your account has a Brand Image URL, your logo appears at the top of every email.
Subject: the signing request, reminder, and copy emails use the agreement's subject from your record, if there is one. The other emails use a fixed subject.
Footer: every email to a recipient shows the agreement ID, asks them to add the sending address to their safe senders list, and has an Unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing also declines the agreement. See Unsubscribe and resubscribe.
Dates in emails, like the expiration date, don't show a time zone.

Reminders and expiration
JuicedSign checks once a day for reminders, expiration warnings, and expired agreements.
The first reminder goes out Reminder Delay days after the agreement is sent, then every Reminder Frequency days.
The expiration warning goes out Expire Warning days before the agreement expires. The agreement expires Expire After days after it's sent.
A reminder is the signing request email again, with the same link.
Reminders and warnings go only to the signers whose turn it is: they've been emailed and haven't finished. Signers later in the signing order and Receive a Copy recipients don't get them.
Reminders stop once the agreement is completed, declined, voided, or expired. No reminder or warning goes out on the day the agreement expires.
To set the days, see Button parameters. For one-off reminders, use Resend Email. See Manage agreements.
Certificate of completion
When the last recipient finishes, JuicedSign creates a certificate of completion: a two-page PDF that records how the agreement was signed.
What's on it
Agreement information: agreement ID, subject, status, time zone, number of recipients, number of signers, and number of copy recipients.
Sender information: company, name, and email.
Recipient information, in signing order: name, email, IP address, the date and time the agreement was delivered, opened, and signed, and the adopted signature.
Recipient terms and conditions (page 2): the consent to sign electronically that recipients agreed to.
Approvers don't appear on the certificate. See Approve or Decline.
Where it's saved
JuicedSign saves the certificate to your record, as you set it in Signed Document Info:
Merged: the signed document with the certificate added as its last two pages.
Separate: the signed document and the certificate as two files.
Or the signed document only, with no certificate.
See The signed document.
The completed email attaches the signed document only, not the certificate.
