To add typed-in email addresses:

  1. Select the Ignore recipient permissions Permissions setting.

  2. Type in the email address.

  3. Select Add "email address" in the drop-down window, or press Enter on the keyboard.

Account admins turn on the ability to BCC/CC custom emails.

To allow BCC/CC, go to the Policies page in the Admin Console. In the Security Policies section, turn on Allow CC/BCC of custom emails.

You can only BCC/CC typed-in email addresses or individual users.

Quickbase does not check permissions for BCC/CC recipients. Instead, it applies the permissions of the recipients in the To field to BCC/CC recipients. Learn more about permission checks for custom emails.
