App admins can enable mentions in rich text fields and set up custom emails to facilitate collaboration inside a Quickbase app.
If this has been enabled for your app, here is how to mention other users:
Type the @ symbol in a rich text field.
Rich text fields are fields where you can add formatting, like bolded or colored text, bullets, and numbering.
Enter the person's name, or select one from the list. Repeat this for every person you mention.
Save the record.
