QB Courier is designed to enhance the way you send email notifications and reminders—both to users and non-users of your Quickbase apps. It supports the creation of individual custom “configurations” that define the specific conditions under which emails or reminders should be sent. With scheduled, on-demand, and triggered components, QB Courier offers flexible options to control exactly when your messages are delivered. Additionally, Courier allows you to seamlessly connect to your Own Mail Server which ensures a successful delivery to your desired email recipients.
Courier also doubles as an email campaign management system by allowing users to send out emails based off reports created in your Quickbase app. These reports are filtered to match the criteria you desire from your Quickbase app and can be sent using a specific email configuration that meets the needs of that report.
