Authorize a Quickbase app for Courier
Before Courier can send emails from a Quickbase app, authorize the app for Courier with the Quickbase Extensions installation wizard. Do this once for each app. Courier has no extension-specific steps, so the wizard ends at Application information.

Create configurations in the Courier configurator
After the app is authorized, you set up and manage Courier in the Courier configurator in the Extensions Portal. Open the QB Courier extension page and select one of the following:
Configurations—create, edit, test, and run configurations. Each configuration defines which records to email, who receives the email, what it says, and when it's sent (scheduled, on demand, or triggered). When you create a configuration, choose the app you authorized and the table to send emails from.
Mail Servers—connect your own mail server so emails are sent from your own email domain.
Email Message SubTables—save embedded report tables that you can add to the message of any configuration.
