About configuration activities

Available to: all roles, when your company has the QB Courier extension.

Every time a configuration runs, Courier records an activity: when it ran, how many emails it sent, and any problems it found. Use activities to check that a configuration is working, and to find out why emails didn't go out.

To open them, select one of these:

  • The Activities icon (list icon) on the configuration's row in the Courier Configurations list.

  • The Activities icon at the top right of any of the configuration's tabs.

Choose the dates

Configuration Activities opens on today's activities. To see other days, select the date range at the top and choose a start and end date and time. The list reloads when you change the range. Use the page controls at the bottom to move through the list.
