Quickbase Extensions are tools used to expand your Quickbase capabilities and deliver a more complete, automated workflow directly from your Quickbase app. Extensions are available as an upgraded package in the Quickbase Extensions Portal that includes:
Exact Forms Plus—Create custom Microsoft Word and PDF documents using data from Quickbase
XL Docs—Create custom Excel spreadsheets using data from Quickbase
JuicedSign—Implement legally binding e-signatures, built directly in Quickbase
Text My Quickbase—Send and receive text messages from your Quickbase app
QB Maps—View a Google Map that shows multiple locations from your Quickbase table
QB Courier—Send automated emails using data directly from your Quickbase app

Quickbase Extensions is formerly known as Add‑Ons—products by Juiced Technologies (acquired by Quickbase in December of 2025). You may experience some content and branding inconsistencies during the transition of Juiced Add‑Ons to Quickbase Extensions.
Start a trial or upgrade
To start a 1-month trial of Quickbase Extensions, submit a trial request.

Log in to the Quickbase Extensions Portal
After you receive access to Quickbase Extensions from your Quickbase Account Executive, use your Quickbase credentials to log in to the Quickbase Extensions Portal.
For login issues, contact your Account Executive or submit a technical support case.
Set up an extension
All extensions are available in the Quickbase Extensions Portal. To set up an extension:
Go to the Add-ons page. Here you can view and learn about all available extensions.
Choose an extension and select SETUP. This takes you to the guided setup process.
On the Authorization screen, choose an existing user token or enter a new one to authorize the Quickbase app you plan to use with this extension.
On the Application Information screen, select the Quickbase app you’d like to use.
On the Setup Type screen, configure your preferred options (options vary depending on the extension you chose). For specific instructions for this extension, select the help link in the top-right of the screen.
On the [Extension] Setup screen, choose the table whose data you want to use for this extension. For specific instructions for setting up this extension, select the help link in the top-right of the screen.
On the Finish screen, confirm if the setup was successful and follow the next steps to get started using your new extension in Quickbase.
Manage extensions
After you set up an extension, it appears on the Home page of the Extensions Portal.
View the dashboard for each of your extensions by selecting Open under the Dashboard column. Here you can view your extension’s activity, transactions, and authorized apps.
Add users
Add other people to view or set up extensions in the portal. To do this:
Go to the Users page
Select INVITE USER
Enter the user’s name and email address. Then choose their role:
Admin—Can use, manage, and set up new extensions
User—Can only view and use extensionsSelect INVITE to send the invitation to the email address you entered
